Bob Anderson, AIA is currently designing a new commercial building, “Claudius Place”, which will be the first new building to be constructed in Crozet’s newly designated “downtown redevelopment area. The drawing shown here is of the south elevation of the building which will be facing Library Avenue. The new Crozet Library will be constructed directly across from this façade. It is anticipated that Claudius Place can start construction as early as this November.
